Student life at ESI is not just about studying and coding. Of course, you’ll have exams, projects, and sometimes pressure, but you’ll also enjoy the journey with your friends whether you’re working together on a project, taking a break between classes, or enjoying activities, events, and competitions. Through clubs and the ESI community, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and have fun along the way.
ESI is not easy, but it’s definitely manageable. The main challenge is not necessarily the difficulty of the modules themselves, but the workload and the number of things you have to manage at the same time. The key is learning how to manage your time and stay consistent with your work. Of course, there will be busy and stressful periods, especially around exams, but if you keep up with your lessons and don’t leave everything until the last minute, you’ll be able to handle the workload much better.
Your first year at ESI may feel a little different and challenging at first because you’re entering a completely new environment and study system. Don’t be surprised if your grades are not the same as they were in high school. The pace and way of studying at ESI are different, so it may take some time to adjust. As you get familiar with your professors, your classmates, and the new way of studying, you’ll feel more comfortable and confident. The important thing is to be patient, keep improving, and focus on doing your best.
The key is to stay organized and avoid leaving everything until the last minute. Try to keep up with your lessons, plan your tasks and deadlines, and give yourself enough time to study while also making time for yourself. Taking breaks, enjoying clubs and activities, or simply spending time with your friends can help you relax, release the pressure, and come back to your work with a clearer mind. You don’t have to study all the time, finding the right balance is what makes your time at ESI more manageable and enjoyable.
One of the best ways to get involved at ESI is to join a club that matches your interests and take part in its activities and events. Don’t let your studies and the pressure that comes with them take up all of your time. Make sure to enjoy the student life around you too. Whether you participate in competitions, help organize events, simply attend activities, or reach out to older students for advice and help with your studies or anything else, every experience is a chance to learn, connect with others, and make the most of your time at ESI.
